BREAKING: Tinubu to Commission Rebuilt Port Harcourt Road, Six Other Projects in Aba – Otti

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has announced that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will visit Aba on October 3, 2025, to commission the newly reconstructed Port Harcourt Road, along with six other rehabilitated roads in the city.

The Governor made this announcement while addressing stakeholders at the Aba Security Trust Fundraising Luncheon, noting that the projects are part of his administration’s broader effort to revamp Aba’s infrastructure and restore its economic vibrancy.

In addition to the commissioning, Governor Otti revealed that all agreements have been signed with Radisson Blu for the redevelopment of Enyimba Hotel in Aba. He assured stakeholders that construction work would commence soon, further boosting the hospitality sector and attracting investment into the state.

Business leaders present, including Chief Leo Ike Okoye, Ide John Udeagbala, and Mazi Jude Nwosu, commended the Governor’s infrastructural drive, stressing that Aba’s economic revival is now visible and tangible.
