Former Secretary to the Osun State Government, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti on Thursday evening hosted Governor Ademola Adeleke and top leaders of Accord and state government at his Iwo residence.
After a brief reception, the governor and the deputy governor, Prince Kola Adewusi alongside their host, later went into a closed door meeting accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Hon Kazeem Akinleye, the Secretary to the State government, Hon Teslim Igbalaye, Commissioner for Information, Hon Kolapo Alimi; Commissioner for Political affairs, Dr Biyi Odunlade; the political adviser to the Governor, Hon Muniru Raji amd other functionaries.
Both sides did not address the public after the meeting, but sources hinted that the governor’s move was to woo the former government scribe to his camp.
Adeoti, who resigned his membership of the Omoluabi Progressives earlier this month had earlier refuted claims that he had rejoined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
