According to a recent video by Behind The Fame on Saturday, July 25, 2026, a Nigerian man identified as Jimmy Rolland has opened up about his marital regrets, stating that he would have divorced his wife on their wedding night after discovering she was not a virgin. During a recent interview, Rolland described his estranged wife, a Yoruba lady, as deceptive, saying, “When you see her, you would think she’s an angel, but she’s evil.”
Rolland revealed that he ignored warnings from his mother and friends, who advised him against the union, because his wife promised she was a virgin and insisted they abstain until their wedding night.
However, after four years of dating, he discovered otherwise. He also claimed that her family has a history of daughters not staying long in their marriages, adding that he felt his mother-in-law used charms to influence him. “I would have walked away that night. It would have been a good decision,” he lamented, expressing deep regret over his choice to marry into what he termed a troubled family.
