NPFL: Mohammed hails Niger Tornadoes’ big win over Plateau United
Niger Tornadoes technical adviser, Majin Mohammed has reacted to his team’s big win over Plateau United.
The Ikon Allah Boys thrashed Plateau United 4-0 at the Bako Kontagora Stadium, Minna on Sunday.
Abdulazeez Dalhatu bagged a hat-trick, while Abdulrasheed Shehu Dabai scored the other goal.
Mohammed said that his team worked hard on converting their chances before the game.
“We really worked hard for the win, especially in the area of goal scoring, even during our final shake up in the morning before the game we focused on finishing, because of you want to win a game, you must score, and you could the results, but like I always said, we will keep improving.” Mohammed told the club’s media.
Niger Tornadoes moved up to fourth position on the league table with 14 points.
They will be up against Kano Pillars at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium this weekend.
